Our Goal is to help you get the best deal available. We research a great number of properties every day. A lot of people are looking for deals so you need to be prepared to act quickly when a desirable property is found.We know we can help you find a good deal.

 Are you Serious,Qualified and Ready to Buy Now?

Banks require a pre-qualification letter or proof of funds for cash buyers to be submitted with all offers. Some banks even require that they have their own loan department qualify you or may even require that they provide the loan on the property.

We can only accept new clients under the following terms and conditions:

Step 1 :  You must become a client of our firm and agree to the terms and conditions of our standard buyer's broker agreement.

Step 2 : You must get Pre-Qualified by a Lender and give us a copy of the pre-qualification letter or Proof of Funds if paying with cash

Step 3: We will need to select the criteria and area that you are interested in to determine what you want to buy and if there is a reasonable chance of finding it in your price range. We wont accept you as a client if you have unrealistic expectations. We don't want to waste your time or ours.

Step 4:  We  charge a retainer of $497.00  to begin our professional services. The fee is deducted from our commission at closing when you complete a purchase so there is no risk involved for a serious buyer. We accept checks or you can use a credit card for your convenience by clicking on the button below.
